Monthly owner statements, generated from QuickBooks Online
EdenStay Owner Statements is an internal tool used by AM Property Management (EdenStay Homes) to produce the monthly financial statements we send to the owners of the short-term rental properties we manage.
The tool connects to our own QuickBooks Online company on a read-only basis. It reads accounting data — profit & loss by class, classes, and related transactions — for each managed property and formats it into a clean, branded monthly statement showing gross revenue, fees, expenses paid on the owner's behalf, and the net owner payout.
What it does
- Reads QuickBooks Online financial data for AM Property Management (read-only)
- Filters results by property (QuickBooks class) for a given month
- Generates a per-property owner statement to accompany the monthly ACH payout
This is a private, self-only integration for internal business use. It is not a consumer-facing product and does not access any QuickBooks company other than our own.
