This Privacy Policy describes how the EdenStay Owner Statements application ("the App"), operated by AM Property Management, doing business as EdenStay Homes ("we," "us," or "our"), accesses and handles data. The App is a private, internal tool used solely by our team.
Information we access
The App connects to our own QuickBooks Online company and accesses accounting data on a read-only basis, including:
- Profit & loss report data
- Classes (used to identify individual managed properties)
- Related financial transactions and expense detail
The App does not access any QuickBooks Online company other than our own, and does not collect personal information from any external or consumer users.
How we use the data
We use this data for a single purpose: to generate the monthly owner statements we provide to the owners of the properties we manage. The data is used only for statement generation and related internal accounting and reporting.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third parties. The resulting statements are provided only to the respective property owner to whom they pertain.
Data storage and security
Data accessed through the App is processed and stored locally and securely, used only for the duration necessary to generate statements, and protected using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Access credentials for QuickBooks Online are stored securely and are never shared or published.
Data retention
We retain financial data and generated statements only as long as needed for our internal accounting, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
Your choices
As the operator of this internal tool, we may disconnect the App's access to QuickBooks Online at any time through our QuickBooks Online account settings, which revokes the App's ability to read further data.
