End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the EdenStay Owner Statements application ("the App"), an internal business tool operated by AM Property Management, doing business as EdenStay Homes ("we," "us," or "our"). The App is intended solely for our own internal use in connection with the property management services we provide.
1. License
The App is a private, self-only integration developed for internal business operations. It is not licensed, sold, or distributed to the public. Use of the App is limited to authorized personnel of AM Property Management.
2. Permitted use
The App is used to read financial data from our own QuickBooks Online company on a read-only basis for the sole purpose of generating monthly owner statements for the properties we manage. The App may not be used for any other purpose.
3. "As-is" — no warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be free of inaccuracies.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to the use of the App.
5. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
6. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the then-current Agreement.
